Character Concept - Nefret

A character I drew + coloured for part of a scholarship. I had a hard time choosing colours. Opinions on the ones I chose?

I have quite a bit of a profile for her. lol What an understatement....

Flamboyant and extroverted, she has kept a bright personality. She is always cheerful and light-hearted. She is almost nerver serious with situations and makes jokes with terrible timing. She often tries to pressure people to do her favors with her 'feminine charm'. She is not opposed to fighting at all, and starts fights often with people just for amusement. She is rather sadistic with her fighting and likes toying with people and their minds.

She has a hard time concentrating and often runs off distracted. She has a quite short attention span, much to her peers annoyance. She hates listening to long speeches and monotonous talking, and she will try to silence people if they bore her. She is very rude to people that annoy her and will insult them, regardless of if she is in their presence or not.

Most people in her group of friends hate getting her angry, as she has explosive anger, and they often try to appease her if they can. She can get along well with most people, as long as she isn't annoyed by them in some sort. She has an obsession over jewelery, glitz, and money. She loves looking at shining and bright things and is easily distracted by them.

She dislikes talking about talking about her past, as she prefers to focus on the present rather than what had already happened.
She was raised in a poor sector of the twin colonies, a group of space colonies not far from Earth. She grew up with a tough upringing, yet kept her optimism. She enrolled in a school only to get free food. Despite her original intent for joining, she's grown to like her school and supports it greatly.
